How to make small filter coffee

Step 1: Rinse the filter with hot water to help the filter transmit and retain heat better, so that the coffee powder blooms more evenly. This step is very important because it will determine the deliciousness of the coffee.

Step 2: Put 20-25g of coffee powder into the filter and then slowly pour 30ml of hot water about 90-95 degrees over the surface of the coffee in the filter.

Step 3: Cover the filter and let the coffee brew for 2 minutes to help the coffee powder absorb all the water and bloom evenly. Then take the filter base and place it on the cup, put the coffee filter on it, open the filter lid, press down on the filter with moderate force, then add 50ml of hot water onto the filter, close the filter lid and wait.

Step 4: After about 30-60 seconds, the coffee will begin to drip into the cup. If you don't see the coffee flowing, use a clean spoon to gently brush under the filter base to allow air to circulate. Wait until the coffee is almost gone, then press the lid down tightly to extract the remaining coffee.

Step 5: The finished product is about 40 - 45ml of coffee water. Depending on your taste, you can add sugar, milk, and ice, stir well and enjoy. The time to extract a standard and most delicious cup of coffee is 5-7 minutes.

How to make large filter coffee

Step 5: When the coffee is almost gone, press the lid tightly to extract all the remaining coffee in the filter.

The finished product is 160 - 200ml of concentrated pure coffee water. Depending on your taste, you can add sugar, milk, and ice, stir well and enjoy. The secret to making delicious pure coffee You need to choose to buy delicious, clean pure coffee to brew because the quality of the coffee ingredients used to brew will determine more than 50% of the deliciousness of the cup of coffee. You can buy pre-roasted coffee beans and grind them at home, or you can buy pure coffee powder.

Pure coffee powder should not be ground too finely because this will cause the filter to flow for a long time and the coffee powder may mix in the coffee water. You should also not grind too loud as it will cause the water to flow quickly and not get all the coffee's quality out, causing the coffee to taste bland. Currently, on the market there are many different types of filters such as plastic filters, aluminum filters, stainless steel filters, etc. However, if you want to make delicious traditional filter coffee, you should choose stainless steel or aluminum filters, filters with even holes. Note, it is necessary to rinse the filter with boiling water before use to both clean and disinfect and help warm the filter to help the coffee bloom more evenly while brewing. You should use aluminum or stainless steel filters to make the best coffee. Besides, to create a rich, diverse and attractive flavor, you can mix pure coffees together in different ratios (for example, mix Arabica and Robusta pure coffee).

Water used to make coffee should not be boiled at 100 degrees, but let the water cool down a bit to about 90-95 degrees so the coffee will taste better. It is best to use glass cups/cups for coffee, absolutely do not use plastic cups.
