At the same time, introduce the achievements of revolutionary education, enlist the consensus and support of all teachers around the world for our people's just resistance.

In the spring of 1953, the Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of National Education Nguyen Khanh Toan attended the important conference to admit the education trade unions of some countries into FISE organization in Vienna (Austria capital), including the Vietnam Education Union.
