Tea and Lotus rice will be dried together,using coal drying at moderate temperature to keep the smell of flowers. Stage repeating like that, in order to have a fine balanced lotus tea, these artisans has to use at least 1400 West Lake Lotus blossoms, now you see how sophisticated of this ancient tea like.
